Upon graduation from Fordham University School of Law, Attorney Nora Salomon was hired by Rhode Island Legal Services to work in its Housing Law Center, assisting clients with eviction defense and resolution of conditions disputes. Attorney Salomon subsequently worked in a variety of units within Rhode Island Legal Services and ultimately helped to launch the Holistic Legal Assistance Network where she currently works as a supervising attorney. Attorney Salomon has authored or co-authored articles about holistic legal assistance in the Shriver Center’s Clearinghouse Community (Building Holistic Networks in Legal Aid: Transitioning from Poverty to Self-Reliance, June 2016), the NLADA’s Cornerstone Magazine (Holistic Networks: From Implementation to Output, May-August 2016), and the MIE Journal (Is Holistic Legal Services a Game Changer? Lessons From the First Two Years of the HLAN Project, December 2016).
